This is a recipe for a maki roll usually known as a Philly or Philidelphia roll.
Ingredients
- Smoked Salmon
- Plain Cream Cheese
- Avocado (optional)
- Cut the smoked salmon into strips
- Cut the cream cheese into strips or columns
- If you like, you can add strips of ripe avocado
- Roll the sushi up and cut into 1½-inch rounds to serve.
