Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese (Philly) Maki Roll

This is a recipe for a maki roll usually known as a Philly or Philidelphia roll.

Ingredients

  1. Cut the smoked salmon into strips
  2. Cut the cream cheese into strips or columns
  3. If you like, you can add strips of ripe avocado
  4. Roll the sushi up and cut into 1½-inch rounds to serve.
